What are we doing to work toward each of these goals?
- Convened task forces and reported on campus experiences for campus student communities: African American, Asian American and Pacific Islander, Latinx, Transgender, and Undocumented
- Building pathways to graduate education through the UC-Historically Black Colleges and Universities Initiative and the Hispanic Serving Institution Doctoral Diversity Initiatives
- Leveraged Federal Title III and V funding to support student success
- Expanding partnerships and collaboration with local and national higher education advocacy organizations
- Equity Advisors & search committee collaboration for diverse faculty recruitment
- DECADE Mentors & admission committee collaboration for diverse graduate student recruitment
- Preview Inclusive Excellence Dashboard
- Review insititutional data with partners at upcoming Data Forums
- Launched Inclusive Excellence Certificate Program and diversity fund
- Establish Inclusive Excellence Awards to recognize Ambassadors, Advocates, and Champions
- Report on campus climate and Unity Equity Reviews
- Expand the number of unit-level Inclusive Excellence Councils
