A Zoom Virtual Meeting in two sessions: 9:30 a.m.-12:45 p.m. and 1:30 p.m.-2:45 p.m. (separate zoom links for each session)
Our virtual meeting is scheduled in two time blocks and focuses on “Creating a SEA Change at UCI”. The program builds on year-long conversations with immediate considerations for thriving in the current, unprecedented pandemic for sustainable inclusive excellence, with a focus building resiliency and inclusive mentoring.
Academy 2021 Preliminary Agenda
The program is scheduled September 21 in two time blocks: 9:30 a.m.-12:45 p.m. and 1:30 p.m.-2:45 p.m.; Event Materials will be posted by September 7
The day will include discussions, presentations, and action planning on:
- Equity Advisor Leadership with Vice Chancellor Douglas Haynes
- Roles and Responsibilities of DECADE Mentors with Associate Director Roxane Cohen Silver
- High-quality Mentoring by Belle Rose Ragins, Sheldon B. Lubar Professor of Management, University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee
