Discussion will focus on what it means to be not only the first person in your family to go to college, but also the first to become an academic. Listen to Chancellor Gillman speak about his own story and hear from the founder of the First Gen Faculty Initiative, Anita Casavantes-Bradford, and current Director of the initiative, Pavan Kadandale.
