Yoga

Stay active with your UCI alumni family! Professional yoga instructor Zee Ningo ’16, M.P.H. ’19 will lead Anteaters in a stress relieving yoga class. She will teach techniques to reduce stress levels and create better awareness for a healthier body. This class will incorporate basic yoga poses; no experience required. Sign up today!
