Description

Speaker: Stacey Gordon

Presentation Topic: Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging: What’s the Difference and Why Does it Matter to Business?

Synopsis: It has always been a challenging time to be female or part of an underrepresented ethnic minority group in tech or engineering, but now more than ever, our society seems to be polarized. The impact of that is detrimental to the business, but also, to the career of the individual dealing with this lack of belonging.
