Dear Colleagues, On November 2, the Initiative to End Family Violence will host Sheldon Kennedy, a former NHL player who overcame sexual abuse by a coach to become an advocate for victims of abuse around the world. Kennedy will lead a discussion following the screening of Swift Current, the documentary featuring his story. Leading researchers in law, neuroscience, and epigenetics will then present their work on helping child victims of sexual abuse recover from trauma |

This event is approved for 4.25 hours of Minimum Continuing Legal Education Credit by the State Bar of California. UC Irvine School of Law is a State Bar-approved MCLE provider .Panelists Include: |
