Beginning at the School of Law, the lion parade will pass in front of The Paul Merage School of Business and end at the Street Festival in SBSG Plaza where it will be met by the dragon parade for the ceremonial painting of the eyes and dance, followed by the feeding of the lions.

Parking is available for $10.00 per day, or $2.00 per hour in the Social Science Parking Structure on the corner of Campus Drive and Stanford.

On various shores of the Pacific Ocean, this is an occasion to reconnect with what and, more importantly, who brings us close. Embracing this spirit, the Long US-China Institute invites you to an exciting lineup of events, featuring talks and discussions on contemporary China and its dynamic with the U.S., with focus on defining political, social, and cultural influences. Also check out Lunar New Year activities being hosted by the Department of East Asian Languages & Literatures beginning at 9:00 a.m. in the UCI Student Center, Pacific Ballroom D.
