Please join us for the Mentoring for Achievement and Excellence virtual event from 4 PM-5:30 PM Pacific Time on March 1, 2022. This is an in-person event.

The Office of Inclusive Excellence and Graduate Division cordially invite UCI members and the community to recognize the contributions of mentoring for success and to improve the UCI experience.

WHAT: Mentoring for Achievement and Excellence event
WHEN: 4 PM-5:30 PM on Tuesday, March 1, 2022

This annual event honors UCI members who contribute exemplary mentoring to guide the success of others. At this event, the Graduate Division will honor the recipients of the Tom Angell Fellowship Award as a tribute student mentoring and to the dedication of former counselor Tom Angell during his long career at UCI. The event also will recognize mentoring awardees across the campus, including presentations to recipients of the Frances M. Leslie DECADE Mentor Excellence Award and the Carol Connor Equity Advisor Impact Award. These two named awards highlight the expertise, time, and care that individuals have given to nurture students and professionals to be successful at UCI.

Our program will be:
4:00P-4:30P – Event check-in and contactless reception
4:30P-5:30P – Program and Awards
5:30P – Program Close
