Artificial Intelligence and Access to Justice Forum

The California State Bar’s Task Force on Access Through Innovation of Legal Services recently proposed tentative recommendations to bridge the access to justice gap. These proposals include allowing 1) non-lawyers to practice law, 2) non-lawyer ownership in law firms, 3) fee splitting with non-lawyers, and 4) technology based legal service providers to be exempt from the definition of the unlawful practice of law.

Please join this panel discussion with UCI Law faculty leading the conversation on these critically important issues. Question and answer session will follow.

Light refreshments will be served. This event is free and open to the public. Please RSVP as space is limited.
