The UCI Susan and Henry Samueli College of Health Sciences’ (COHS) Health Equity and Diversity Symposium provides students, residents and fellows, faculty, healthcare professionals and community members with an opportunity to explore innovative strategies to combat health disparities in the United States and around the globe.

Our Keynote Speaker is Loretta Sweet Jemmott, PhD, RN, FAAN, Vice President for Health and Health Equity in the College of Nursing and Health Professions at Drexel University. Her keynote address is entitled, “Building Healthy Communities Together to Reduce Health Disparities: Diving Deep into the Community Using My 8 T’s of Community Engagement”
