Leadership Strategies: Women in Leadership – The Balancing Act

To be a woman in business means a balancing act of breaking the glass ceiling and struggling against stereotypes. In these uncertain times, many women are re-evaluating careers or taking on new and additional roles, some by choice and others by necessity. The obstacles the women encounter are simply different that our male counterparts, especially during COVID-19.
Research shows that organizations expect women to be more qualified than men for the same positions. We will explore women leadership communication and influence, the power of choosing, flexibility, not just a 9-to-5, meaningful work, and well-being in the workplace.
