The Cross-Cultural Center’s signature fall event, Community Roots Festival, takes place on Wednesday, November 14 from 11 a.m.-1:30 p.m. The event features our affiliated registered campus organization booths and food sales along Ring Road. We also have cultural performances and a community resource fair featuring several campus partners such as the Womxn’s Hub, FRESH Basic Needs Hub, and the Office of Vice Chancellor, Student Affairs.

Date: Wednesday, November 14
Time: 11 a.m.-1:30 p.m.
Location: Flagpoles near Aldrich Hall & Ring Road

Performances: 12:00 p.m. -1:00 p.m.: Special performances by Hansori, Hmong Student Association, and Na ‘Opio O Ka ‘Aina – Hawaii Club at UCI

Stop by the Cross-Cultural Center booth at the flagpoles to pick up your limited edition button and be entered into an opportunity drawing for several prizes once you complete your bingo card. A limited number of our popular Cross-Cultural Center shirts will be available for $10!

We will also have over 40 murals displayed at our booth. These murals were created by our affiliated Registered Campus Organizations. We invite you to pick your favorite and help us announce “The Anteater’s Choice” award winner.
