The SASI student group, sponsored by the Office of the Vice Provost for Teaching and Learning, is very excited to be hosting its first annual student-led social justice conference on April 2nd, 2022 to highlight the work of students and professors on campus. The conference is called “SASICon22: Love Letters to Liberation”; as the title indicates, it will celebrate liberation, justice, and equity. The state of the world proves the urgency of the need for dialogue and organization around shared principles of justice and liberation. The event is from 10am-4 pm in the Anteater Learning Pavilion (ALP), and it will include a (free) lunch, (free) parking, an art gallery, a documentary viewing, free books and bookmarks, guest speakers, and interactive workshops.
Please join us for an exciting day of learning from each other. To help with planning, make sure to register: Registration Form
