Faculty Success Program Alumni Panel ★

Postdoctoral scholars, tenure-track faculty, and tenured faculty are invited to join UCI colleagues to learn about the Center for Faculty Development and Diversity (NCFDD)’s Faculty Success Program. This timely forum provides the opportunity to hear directly from former participants about their experiences and uses of NCFDD tools and resources through campus institutional membership.

About the Faculty Success Program at UCI

The Faculty Success Program (FSP) is a nationally-recognized, evidence-based program hosted by NCFDD to enhance scholarly research productivity, time management, and work-life balance. During the 12-week boot camp, participating faculty and postdoctoral scholars network with their cohort communities, complete weekly modules related to research and time management, self-track writing and research productivity, and complete master coaching sessions with tenured faculty coaches. The Office of Inclusive Excellence offers Career Development Awards to partially underwrite FSP participation through a competitive call process.
