Join the University of California, Irvine Chancellor, Howard Gillman, and California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation Secretary, Kathleen Allison, for the ceremonial signing of a Memorandum of Understanding that will extend access to currently incarcerated students, who have successfully completed an A.A. degree, to earn a Bachelor of Arts from UC Irvine.
