Moving from Associate to Full Professor

A few years before I went up for full professor people would ask me “well, when are you going up for full?” I would always say, “oh, I need like two more years?” I never felt like I was “ready” to submit my materials for promotion to full professor.
The “two years” response was a signal to myself that somehow I had to get ready…yet I didn’t know what to do to get myself ready.
In this webinar, I’ll share some of the common mistakes that mid-career faculty make, as well as some of the strategies I used to to get myself ready to go up for promotion from associate to full professor. Ultimately, this webinar will help demystify the road to full professor for mid career faculty who find themselves stuck and unsure how to move forward towards advancing their careers.
