As part of your UCI Human Resources Wellness Program, ComPsych Guidance Resources®, your Employee Assistance Program (EAP), is available to you and your family 24 hours a day, seven days a week to assist with virtually any issue, including support in coping with raised anxiety levels and uncertainty surrounding the Coronavirus.
In addition, ComPsych Guidance Resources is hosting a webinar to help support you and your family in coping with the uncertainty surrounding the coronavirus. All employees and their family members are invited to attend. The webinar will also be recorded for future viewing. The registration link will act as a link to the recording once the session is complete. Previous EAP webinars with many supporting topics are also available to view on-demand.

As the coronavirus continues to spread, it’s normal to feel fear and uncertainty. People have a powerful need to understand and predict their environments in order to feel in control. When we are exposed to potential threats to our well-being, we naturally respond to this uncertainty with anxiety and fear. This course will include practical tips for coping with uncertainty and re-establishing control.
