The event aims to draw greater attention to some of the challenges Asian American Pacific Islander (AAPI) women face in the STEM field, especially when seeking positions of leadership. This event invites accomplished women in the STEM field to engage in an honest Q&A dialogue with the audience, sharing challenges, obstacles, and achievements through their respective career journeys.
