Institute for Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion 2018-07-11T21:41:55+00:00

The Institute for Equity, Diversity and Inclusion, is entering its twelfth year as an enduring venue for institutional transformation. The Institute brings together staff and faculty leaders from UCI, the University of California, and universities and colleges from the greater southern California region.

The theme of this year’s institute is “Translating Intentions into Actions.” This theme refers to the intentional planning and activities that we will undertake together to achieve inclusive excellence priorities at UCI.  Our forum provides a valuable opportunity to refine goals, strategies, and metrics in ways that will improve coordination, communication and collaboration for student, staff, and faculty success.

The Institute for Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion is scheduled 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 18, in Continuing Education Building 1, Yosemite Ballroom.  The event will feature a keynote and other presentations to showcase tools and resources to advance inclusive excellence.

Additional details will be uploaded by September 4, 2018
