Learning across the University of California about our best practices for systemic change with equity advisors and other equity leaders

Aims of CREATE:

Translate inclusive excellence strategies into demonstrative systemic change for diversity, equity and inclusion
Extend an equity advisor model as an effective lever for change in earlier pathways to the professoriate
Promote holistic and meaningful measures of climate
Enhance the accountability of institutions for inclusive excellence through their equity advisors, programming, cultural consciousness, and best practices for change

CREATE Program

Hybrid Symposium - held April 27, 2022

The symposium offered virtual and in-person attendance options, including equity advisors and other equity leaders from all 10 campuses and the University of California Office of the President.
