Learning across the University of California about our best practices for systemic change with equity advisors and other equity leaders
Aims of CREATE:
- Translate inclusive excellence strategies into demonstrative systemic change for diversity, equity and inclusion
- extend an equity advisor model as an effective leaver for change in earlier pathways to the professoriate
- Promote holistic and meaningful measures of climate
- Enhance the accountability of institutions for inclusive excellence through their equity advisors, programming, cultural consciousness, and best practices for change
Hybrid Symposium - held April 27, 2022
The symposium offered virtual and in-person attendance options, including equity advisors and other equity leaders from all 10 campuses and the University of California Office of the President.
CREATE SEA Change Forums
